Anthony Cashara has over 24 years of school finance experience. For 16 years, Anthony served as school business administrator and deputy superintendent with the Clarkstown CSD. Anthony also serves as technical advisor to NYS Council of School Superintendents State Aid and Data Analysis Committee, a group representing the Big 5 and Small City Schools, Rural School Association, NYSCOSS, NYSASBO, NYSSSBA and COPE. Anthony is a former school board member and president. Mr. Cashara began his career as a session aide for the New York State Senate Education Committee. Following his 1 1/2 years with the state legislature, Anthony became a school aid specialist with the Questar BOCES State Aid Planning Service including office manager for his final two years. His first school business official position was in 1988 with the Voorheesville School District. Anthony also started his own consulting company (Spectra School Aid Services) in 1994 which merged with School Aid Specialists in 2006.

Dave Lattuca served as Director of Revenues for Rochester City Schools with a budget of more than $500 million. Dave was a senior specialist with Questar III State Aid Planning for 13 years prior to working with Rochester City Schools. He has also served as technical advisor to several educational groups and organizations including the NYS Council of School Superintendents (NYSCOSS), NYS Association of School Business Administrators (NYSSBA) and the NYS Education Department (NYSED).

Brian Shea was a state aid specialist with Questar III BOCES for six years before serving as the Assistant Superintendent for Business and Interim Superintendent at Schoharie Central School District near Albany. Prior to joining Questar BOCES State Aid and Financial Planning Service, Brian served several years as a legislative aide in the NYS Senate.
